Test of Significance of Dataset in R

I am having trouble in the data-analysis for this dataset.

I am using R and trying to test the significance of my findings. I have been able to test the significance of different groups but now, rather than using all the data I would only like to analyse each row independently.

I would like to analyse the significance in opposing the policy with regards to social class - i.e. are the differences in opposing the policy statistically significant.
