How to integrate OATS in eclipse 2020

I need to test siebel CRM HI (opens only in IE)

I tryed Selenium/Winium and it doesn't work.

Next step: I downloaded OATS and tried to record and play scripts - it's worked. But I need to write many regresses test's with repetitive code. So, I want to create one project with all tests, which will be used general code.

How can i do this?

Or,maby,for regres testing siebel CRM HI exsit better solution?
