Problem with running Cucumber BDD tagged cypress scenarios

Hi I am having problem running my tagged tests. I seemed be able to running all my tests and NOT just the tagged one called @Regression.

You can clearly see what I'm talking about by watching this video

I also ran the tagged tests using ./node_modules/.bin/cypress-tags run -e TAGS= '@Regression' --headed --browser chrome with the same result
