Issue with Itunes Connect not sending out Beta invite email to External users

Is anyone else currently having a problem with Itunes Connect not sending out the TestFlight invitation emails to new Beta users that are added?

I see the entire list that I just uploaded with a status of "Invited" but I have many reports from users saying that they have not received the email. I have tried deleting and then re adding the user but it has been no luck.
