Test automation using Selenium, Appium

i have a generel question for test automation. I'm testing mobile apps with selenium and appium. Sometimes i got errors like "org.openqa.selenium.WebDriverException: An unknown server-side error occurred while processing the command. Original error: Could not proxy command to remote server. Original error: Error: socket hang up". Then i run the same test for more times and the problems/errors are dissappeared.

After i finished my test source code, i wanna configure it in jenkins for a automation test procedure. But for a permanent value test result in jenkins my tests should every time "true" without theese problems/errors.

If there some nice ideas ?
