CLion Run configuration just gone

I was just using CLion for C++ and everything was fine. I was also testing the program.

Suddenly, I wasn't able to access the standard library anymore (also no auto completion for that) and the run configuration was gone. I don't know why, but it's just gone. I tried making a new one, but there, the target is not showing up.
