how to get the string value and ignore the brackets

I have an array with product names like given below, I need to get only the name (Rose, Milk, Bread) of the product and not the brackets () in javascript.

Rose (10) Milk (5) Bread (14)

How can I read only the product name in javascript., like I want only "Rose", "Milk" etc.

Appreciate if anyone can help.
