Is 'Pay by Google Wallet' functionality using Wallet Object API can not be accessed without creating and approving Google Merchant Account. I am developing a jquery widget for US based client. I need sandbox test credentials to integrate and test Wallet api. Please suggest any link where I could get test credentials. Wallet api link is not appearing in google api's list.
