I'm new to automation in .net with Coded UI

I'm recently employed for Tech company. They didn't have QA team, they hired few testers with no coding knowledge. After extensive training. I have been learning about CodedUI in Pluralsight. Although has it own disadvantages in record and play option. i managed to create Page Object Model UIMAP test cases for acceptance testing in Visual Studio 2013. I'm having issues on how to run test them outside application with Batch files and create a report. Please help Thanks
