Allure: SpecFlow: approach for history and execution

I have SPECFLOW test suit and has multiple projects. I'm running tests in visual studio. ON test execution I'm getting allure-results.

Need couple of suggestion from experts How can I generate rest report once finished test execution without manual intervention? Using [AfterTestRun] I can execute script to generate. But what is the better approach?

what approach should to take keep the history data for reporting?

Not getting much info around this. all I'm getting w.r.t to other tech stack not related to specflow + allure
