How to implement parametric test and non-parametric test in python

I have a small dataset consisting of three 10 observations on each of three variables, say correct answers, time(minutes) , wrong answers and the accompanying response course, on which I would like to perform parametric testings and non-parametric testing. I have two groups A, B. which kind of test can I use? and how to evaluate the effect of course on the three measured variables. I would be grateful for your help, thank you.
