C# asmx webservice test framework development

My development team has created services jobs (asmx WS), which get called from a UI and each jobs has own classes written. I have to build a test framework, which should accommodate current Jobs and also future jobs or changes to existing jobs.

I need expert advice on this (Framework Structure). as of now, I have added web references to services and calling different classes (written for Jobs), but it more looks like UNit Testing, which I think is not very good to start with.
