I am looking for suggestions on which report writing software can create a report puling from a csv file as the source

Which report writing software would you suggest which can create a report by pulling from a CSV file as the source. Calculations would have to be made such as totals etc.. It should be simple to use, and not complex, and perhaps the ability to automate the report. Any suggestions?
