Azure Devops Test Plans (Results)

I am using ADO Test plan since 1 week.

Suppose i am running 25 test cases a day and in different different environments like OTT,1ft,2ft and so on.

And daily i will be passing or failing the test cases.

I want to run these test cases for one week continuously and want the result of entire one week separately for OTT,1ft,2ft .

Please help me in getting this.
