Musa-Okumoto Reliability Growth Model

Suppose I have data like this (day of test and defect(s) were found)

how to calculate µ(t) and λ(t) based on Logarithmic Poisson by Musa and Okumoto?

where,

µ(τ) = 1/θ ln (λ0θτ + 1), and

λ(τ) = λ0 / (λ0θτ + 1)

I need to plot that calculated value. Please help.
