Using synapse_pay-python API and want to write test cases

I am new to this, I have to use Synapse API and their lib in my application, they have their own python lib, I made some changes for logging purpose. I want to create test cases to create user login and for transaction. Can any one tell me from where to start. I am new to python and also new to creating lib.

Or can you just tell me how to pass parameter to create user class that will be a big help.

I have to use this lib for .NET framework.
