ios in app purchase subscription sandbox not finishing

Trying to implement subscription on my app and in the sandbox when I start up the app and call restore purchases, I see my auto-renewing subscription returned 5 times (each time I purchased it from the sandbox). I understand that I'm to call finish on the transaction, however, finish does not appear to remove it from the queue? When I restart the app, the transactions are still there?
