Tools for bluetooth devices debug in remote test bed

I know it may sound odd, but are there any kind of jump-boxes or transparent proxy to work with remote Bluetooth devices (i.e. I'm in Ukraine and remote devices are in Germany).

Some kind of tunnel for bluetooth data through http...

We got heavy distributed team and lack of real HW devices is becoming pain.
