Types of Reliability testing

What are the different types of "Software" Reliability testing? Can you please direct to some Industry standards documentation rather than some links to adhoc materials.

Through various links on the net, i learned that System testing, Load testing, Regression Testing, Soak/Endurance testing (and few others) are all considered as part of Regression testing. I tried to search for some standard documentation, but not able to relate exact material. I am not in testing, hence not sure to pick the right material.
