Need a tool for documenting Gherkins/Cucumber Test steps library

Looking for a tool/plugin which can help me documenting the Gherkins/Cucumber steps in my project dynamically. The issue we are facing is the multiple people working on the same project end up creating duplicate or very similar steps. This impacts the re usability and code maintenance overhead. Any suggestions other than tools is welcome.
