Googlebot doesn't load resources

I've got a warning from Google Search Console saying that there was a problem with mobile usability. I tested it with Mobile-Friendly Test and I found that the googlebot is having problems when loading some resources

I can't find out where is the problem. But it doesn't allow Google to render the site correctly. As you can see here:

But maybe the strangest thing is that when I use the Mobile-Friendly Test with incognito mode, the result is different and there are not problems when rendering the site.

So I'm very confused.
