Basic needs to start with PHP UNIT

Am new here, I want a basic needs regarding PHP UNIT.I have a good experience in manual testing , want to start with PHP unit can any one please tell me, i have installed PHPunit, do we need a full knowledge on HTML, CSS, java script and PHP.....to start with PHP Unit I have zero coding knowledge please help Thanks in Advance
