Moving from UFT to Open Source

I am looking for an option, to move from UFT automation to Open-source. We have years of scripts created in UFT and want to understand how and what should I best to use to mimic scenario as:

1. Creating a folder for the runtime.
2. Reading in a CSV file in which each line represents a task it needs to do before moving forward. These tasks will be as Executing SQL scripts, Reading Data from oracle DB, calling functions from DB. Mainly working with Oracle DB.
3. Do a summary report as a CSV file, better in excel (to keep the same behavior).

What product should I use and how easy would be to implement scenarios as described above? I am interested to know what are the most commonly used.
