How to test MS Office Add-Ins in different setups?

We have multiple MS Office Add-ins which are build with .net, wpf and vsto. As we're getting more and more support tickets from the users, I have a question about a better way of testing/triaging issues in different setups.

For example Win7+Office2007 or Win10+Office13. I was thinking about having different virtual machines with preinstalled OS and Office. Does anyone know a quick way to get VMs with all possible combinations (We only test in windows)? Or maybe there's some emulation tool which we can use? Or maybe it's usually tested in other way?
