Selenium 'click' functionality not redirecting to new screen

I'm automating web UI through selenium webdriver. For One of screen when click on button it should redirect to new screen.

Button is clicked correctly but it's not redirecting to another screen. My script is passing but I'm not getting target screen. Sometime it's remain on same page or sometime it's reloading that page only. Hardly 1-2 times out of 20 it's redirecting to correct screen

I've tried to use WebDriver wait also still it's not working for me
