Use Jmeter with Docker : Dockerfile?

I am working with Jmeter, and I would like to run it with Docker. I don't want to run it on GUI mode, the CLI mode is ok for me, because I already have the test.jmx file.

I have tried to run a lot of Docker Images but I can't understand anything about it... I can't pull them or run them, so I had the idea to create my own Dockerfile, but I don't know how to.

Can someone help me to understand how to create a Dockerfile for Jmeter? Or what are the steps to create my own image?
