Implementing Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test for Equivalence using TOST (Two One-Sided Tests) in R

I have some series of paired data including 250-350 pairs each series and I want to make a Test for Equivalence for each series. Because the Test of the Normality of Differences Assumption is rejected, I think Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test for Equivalence using TOST (Two One-Sided Tests) should be used. But other than that, what are the minimum requirements in which Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test TOST can be applied? In addition, I couldn't find a library in R built for Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test TOST, and not sure how to implement this in R either. Can someone please give me some guidance to do it in R and/or some documents at somewhere so that I can learn from that? Thank you in advance.
