SCD type 2 testing

As a part of my project i need to test scd type -2. They have added some eff_date,end_date audit_ent_ts and audit_update_ts in target table which are not there in source.

Primary key is combination of 3 fields.2 fields are of-number data type and 1 column date data type. Can someone help me on this...
