What is Systematic Testing and how do I produce such tests

What is systematic testing for my java program assignment. I was told that systematic testing consists of the following:

Normal case testing extreme case testing borderline testing error case testing

And I still do not know how to produce such testing result.

May you explain each case testing explicitly as possible with examples?
