How to compile Tsung application

I am using ubuntu 14.04 and in that i installed erlang version 15.10.4 and tsung 1.4.2 is installed.

Now my problem is load balancing test of ejabberd server using tsung.

when i am compiling source code i am getting an error

i need to test how many clients can handle ejabberd server.reply expecting urgently. Thanks in advance..
