ASP/C# top-level acceptance test for SPA

I've currently started on a new project that is basically a massive Single Page Application. The project has no testing whatsoever.

I'd like to introduce some kind of top-level acceptance test that parses the website and looks for any console errors. It's not much, but it's a start. I'm not sure if Selenium is possible for this sort of thing. Any advice would be appreciated.
